A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. .Flow meter is stuck
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Bent Rungs produce gaps greater than 4 inches in places. Gates do not self close and self latch.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Perimeter gates are locked at night and there is always a lifegaurd on deck according to operator.
