Critical VGB drain covers (Aquastar P9101, five (5) year replacement) are at the facility, but have not been placed on the drains.
Install the covers on the two (2) main drains.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat The filter system flow meter is not working.
Repair the flow meter so water turnover rates can be determined.
