3701-31-04 (A)(1) / Public swimming pool shall be licensed
Repeat The Swimming Pool license could not be located. Locate, then post the current Swimming Pool license.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat The filter system flow meter is not working. Repair the flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat The pool pH was noted at 8.0. Maintain the pH between 7.2-7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
