The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)/The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Inspector could not locate weekly pool operation reports in the pump room during inspection.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. pH reading on ACC remained unchanged during the inspection even tho pH was decreased from 8.1 to 7.4. ACC was not feeding chlorine to the pool at the time of the inspection even though the ORP was low.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
