1. Prior to changing the current disinfection system, Plans must be Submitted and Approved by the Ohio Department of Health.
2. The pool water is clear
3. Turnover rate=2.1 hours.
4. Filter pressure gauge reads 10psi.
5. ACC unit pH reads 7.5 Free chlorine reads 4.4ppm.
6. SVRS and ACC unit alarm testing is documented in the pool records.
7. The report was emailed to the facility.
