The Disinfectant feeder was changed from a FlexFlo A1N30A7T to a Mec-O-Matic UD50-XA-LSAUXXX
Fill out the ERNR and sent to ODH for approval.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Total alkalinity was not tested weekly consistently
Test total alkalinity at least once/week. Alkalinity was tested during inspection and recrded in records.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Gates was not self-closing and lockable.
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable. Pool Operator was able to lock the gate during the inspection,
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. Cyanuric acid was measured at 100ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
