[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Chlorine was measured at .5 ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Supervior came in and addressed the problem and after about 30 min Chlorine was measured at 2 ppm.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were missing.
Add the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Wooden gate was not locked at time of inspection
Lock wooden gate at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Corrected During Inspection A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with over 60 foot throw line present.
Supervisor shortened the throw line to uner 60 feet.
