[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair. Observed water leaking from the top of the chlorinator. Observed the flow to be sporadic, maybe an indication of air entering the system. Observed 0 psi on the pressure gauge. All pool facilities and equipment shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Evaluate the pool equipment and ensure the SVRS is properly functioning. Return the equipment to proper working condition per manufacturer's instructions. Operator voluntarily closed the pool to evaluate system components for safety. Will follow-up.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
Repeat The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Observed the water level in the baby pool to be just above the skimmer box inlet. The water level shall be maintained at the midpoint of the skimmer throat.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored.
