[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Repeat Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained on the pool deck.
Add depth markers to the top pf the pool deck.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Corrected During Inspection pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was unable to be determined by the Inspector's DPD test kit. PIC stated when she tested it last it was about a 6.8.
PIC properly raised the pH to a 7.6 with in 30 min.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed alkalinity at 30 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

4. Filters psi was 11

NOTE: pH was so low that the inspectors DPD test kit could not read it. PIC stated the last time she took a reading it was around a 6.8. The wading pool was also voluntarily closed until the pH was corrected. PIC corrected the pH with in 30 min and wading pool was re-opened.
