Critical Repeat Specifications for the one (1) main drain cover has not been provided to CCPH.
Provide specifications (Install/Replacement Dates) for the main drain cover to verify VGB compliance.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.

Repeat Depth markers are not clearly legible.
By the beginning of the 2018 Pool Season, all depth markers must be clearly visible.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
Solutions for testing free chlorine were not available.
Provide the testing solutions (Solutions 1&2) to test for free chlorine.

The pool otherwise looks great!
Pool Notes:
1. The 2017 pool license is posted.
2. The pool water is clear.
3. Proper safety equipment is available for use.
4. ACC unit and SVRS device testing is documented in the pool records.
5. Working filter pressure gauge was noted at 56psi. Due to the high pressure, it is recommended the filter be back washed.
6. Pool turnover rate=7.8 hours.
7. The pool pH was between 7.2-7.4
8. The report was emailed to Ms. Michelson.
