[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC not in use test every 4 hours till ACC is on and working.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC not in use test every 4 hours till on and working.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Main gate was self-closing but not lockable. Ensure that lock is properly working and gate is latching and locking properly when closed.
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

-No emergency contact numbers.
-ACC was not on. If not in use ensure to be testing pools water every 4 hours.
-First aid kit was in pump room. Ensure it is available outside room.
-Main gate was not properly working at time of inspection. Door was closing but not always latching unless handle raddled. Pool company temporarily fixed door so that it was closed and could not be pushed open. Re-inspection for permanent solution.
