[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual provided as required
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Pool chlorine feed rate was increased, then the residual was rechecked approximately 20 minutes later. Residual disinfectant rebounded to 1.75 ppm free & total chlorine. As such, the pool may remain open.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side at the required intervals. Specifically, the pool is not being tested consistently on weekends, and it is not being tested every 4 hours as required.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools. Specifically not tested on most weekends or three times daily as required.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
