[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading of 640 mV was slightly less than the minimum acceptable limit required by code of 650 mV
Clean the ORP probe and recalibrate as necessary. If this does not solve the problem, have the ACC unit inspected by a qualified ACC service technician to determined why the ORP is reading low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
No flow detected at the flow meter. This is likely caused by a grossly oversized flow meter (40-150 gpm) for this circulation system. Pool only needs 8 gpm flow rate to achieve 120 minute turnover, and maximum flow rate for the filter is 34 gpm.
Install a properly sized flow meter (40 - 50 gpm maximum capacity) for this circulation system so that flow and turnover rate can be monitored and assured. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Repaint the depth markers on the poolside deck so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. From the entry gate to the wading pool, left side fence, thrid pole from the tennis court side, gap at bottom of fence is greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 21-June-2016

Comments
Facility inspection notes:
Water clarity, disinfectant residuals, and water chemistry readings meed minimum code requirements at this time.
Restrooms are clean and properly supplied.
Entry gate self-closes and self-latches as required.
Pressure gauge for the sand fitler is pegged at 60+ psi. The gauge may be malfunctioning, or there may be a pressure problem in the filter.
