[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(v) / Water clarity are not present
Water clarity was not sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Do not operate the pool while the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was observed to have a leak as it is not fastened tight enough to the pipe. Water was observed on the ground of the equipment room.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Fix the flow meter so that there is no longer a leak.

Chlorine residuals and water clarity met minimum code requirement at the time of inspection.
All safety equipment including a working telephone.
Rest rooms were clean and stocked.
ACC was properly tested monthly.
Make sure to record any addition of chemicals to the pool in the pool log.
Fence was secure and complied with current code requirements.
Make sure to record temp and clarity daily.
