Critical The ACC unit alarm could not be tested. Determine a way to test the ACC unit alarm so it can be tested.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary. Correct By: 30-Apr-2019
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat ACC unit alarm testing is not documented. Documented monthly ACC unit alarm testing.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. Correct By: 30-Apr-2019

Repeat The pool filter system flow meter is not working. Repair the flow meter so pool water turnover rates can be determined.
