[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping records as required by code.
All required tests at specified frequencies must be recorded in the daily pool operation reports.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Observed a flow rate of ~40 gpm at the time of the inspection. Also observed a pressure gauge reading in excess of 60 psi at the sand filter. These observed values exceed the design criteria listed on the sand filter specifying a maximum flow rate of 34 gpm and a maximum operating pressure of 40 psi. Equipment is not being operated per manufacturers specifications.
Recommend installing a smaller scale (0-80 gpm) flow meter so that the flow rate can accurately be throttled back to between 8 - 34 gpm so as to achieve 2 hour turnover and not exceed filter capacity. Filter may need to be backwashed to relieve pressure, or the pressure gauge may be faulty. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers are badly faded on the pool deck.
Replace at least two (2) of the depth markers so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water.
