The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)/Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity measrured at 40 ppm during the inspection was less than the minimum acceptable reading of 60 ppm established by code.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)/Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Flow or pressure switch did not trigger an audible or visual alarm on the ACC display when a flow interruption was simulated through the flow cell,and the flow switch for the ACC unit is not being tested monthly with results recorded in the daily pool operation reports. Maintenance personnel attempted to service the flow switch during this inspection by disconnecting, disassembling, and cleaning it. Upon reinstalling it after cleaning, it failed to register a flow interruption.
Have the flow switch serviced, or replaced with a new flow or pressure switch so that the chemical feed pumps are automatically shut off in the event of flow interruption. Maintenance personnel attempted to service the flow switch during this inspection by disconnecting, disassembling, and cleaning it. Upon reinstalling it after cleaning, it failed to register a flow interruption.
