Critical Repeat Chlorine levels did not meet requirements
Ensure pool chlorine remains above 1ppm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Front gate entrance was not self-closing
Ensure front gate is self-closing to prevent unauthorized entry. The pool cannot be open if the front gate is not self-closing.

Upon entrance, it was noted that the front gate was not self-closing. The pool was voluntarily closed. It may re-open once the front gate is able to close on its own.
The pool chlorine was below 1ppm, at .6ppm. A follow up inspection will be conducted to see that the chlorine is above 1ppm.
The pools flow rate is 55. This flow rate indicates a turnover rate of 1,153 minutes. The required flow is 135.
