3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals. ACC was not properly hooked up to chlorine feeder.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. 3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection. |

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. |
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)/Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm. Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. |

-Minimum disinfection levels met code requirements. Ensure that pH is raised. |
