Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Corrected During Inspection The gate was observed to not be self closing/self latching. The pool company was contacted and within 20 minutes a represenative arrived. The pool company represenative was able to fix the gate within 15 minutes, the gate is now self closing and self latching.
