Repeat Ladder on the side closest to the far stairs was loose and lifing from the ground.
Repair or replace the ladder so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.

Repeat First aid kit did not have disposable gloves.
Provide disposable gloves in kit, at the pool at all times.
