Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools. A weekend and several week days did not have readings recorded.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.

The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. Record SVRS tests monthly, Test the Stingl switch and record the test in the pool records. Must be tested monthly. The SVRS was tested during the inspection and was operating correctly.

The pool structure was cracked and leaking water. A small crack is located in the skimmer basket located near the equipment shed.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
