The pool structure was leaking water according to the GM.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.

Repeat The operating water level of the pool was not maintained.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. Correct By: 22-Aug-2019

Repeat Depth markerswere not maintained in a clearly visible manner on the pool deck.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was noted at 8.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Comments
Pool was coned off with rope and a danger pool closed sign. Pool was observed empty at time of follow up as well.
Swimsafe conducted a dye test on the wading pool on 8/22/19. A leak was confirmed. Swimsafe contact ODH to see if plan review was required. Kristen the manager with Swimsafe stated that no plan review was required and they will be fixing the leak in the next week.
