The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Flow cell is not working.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Operator has agreed to test water every 4 hours until ACC can be fixed tomorrow morning.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f)/Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
