[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual are provided as required
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool at initial check.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Pool was rechecked after increasing the chlorine feed rate and diverting flow from the "fish pond" to the main pool. Residual recovered to 1.5 ppm chlorine. As such, pool may remain open.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day including weekends before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side on weekends and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Hand rails were not secure in their moorings.
Repair handrails so that they are secure in their moorings.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency telephone was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Pool patrons are to use the office phone until emergency phone is operational.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency telephone was not provided and emergency phone was not visible in the pool area.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency phone is always visible in the pool area.
