Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping records on weekends. Ensure the pool is tested every 4 hours while in operation.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. Facility takes pool water to Leslies for test. However, tests were not done weekly. If this is the method of testing alkalinity ensure it is done weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Repeat Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly. Facility takes pool water to Leslies. However, tests were not done weekly. If this is to by the method of testing cyanuric acid ensure it is done weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Ladders were observed to be loose. Ensure the ladders are properly tightened.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
