3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP was reading at 575 mv.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat Observed the pool records sheet to have 2 water quality testing done. Inspection was conducted around noon. There was no time indication on the water quality testing. Please ensure that the records are not pre-filled out.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Observed the flow meter installed with no bobbin inside the tube. Flow rate was unable to be recorded.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device throw line was measured at 25 ft. Ensure rope is 30-60 ft.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

Comments
-The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
-The filter pressure was 23.5 psi.
-The pool water was clear.

NOTE: Remove the head immobilizer from the spine board.
NOTE: This pool does not have an SVRS and it is being marked that is it being tested.
NOTE: Alkalinity was tested to be very high. and it was not recorded at all for the week but recorded everyday last week. Ensure that the alkalinity is tested 1 time per week.
