Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Readings are being recorded daily without the use of reagent #3 (the bottle is still completely full).
Test for combined chlorine (by adding 5 drops of reagent #3 to the free chlorine sample and record )prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

After a one year hiatus, Clermont County Public Health will once again be hosting a 3-hour public swimming pool compliance training class free of charge on April 26, 2016 in the Large Conference Room at Permit Central, 2275 Bauer Rd., Batavia, OH 45103.
