Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools. Several weekends did not have recordings. Additionally, several days had only two readings when there should have been three readings taken.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Several weekends did not have any readings recorded.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools. Several weekends did not have readings.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. Several weekends did not have any readings.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Skimmer weirs were not observed in one of the two skimmer baskets.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Make sure to have skimmer weirs in each of the skimmer baskets.
