[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1) / Public swimming pool shall operate free of an imminent health hazard.
Critical Corrected During Inspection The front entry gate was not self closing and self latching.
Repair the gate to ensure it is self closing and self latching.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Free chlorine was measured at 0 ppm at the lower end of the pool.
After the chlorinator was repaired, free chlorine was measured as high as 0.8 ppm. It began to rain and the free chlorine could not be tested again.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical Corrected During Inspection The chlorinator was not properly functioning, due to the vacuum in the supply line being broken. Therefore the pool was not being continuously disinfected.
The chlorinator was properly repaired.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ix) / Chemicals added to the pool other than those used for disinfection
Chemicals added to the pool other than those used for disinfection were not being recorded.
Facility records must indicate when chemicals, other than disinfectants, are added to the pool water.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat One skimmer weir was missing.
Repair the missing skimmer weir.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Increase flow to at least 88 gpm.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Upon arrival the entry gate was not self closing and latching.
The operator was in the process of repairing the gate.

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
It began to rain, therefore pH could not be properly adjusted and tested.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Corrected During Inspection The chlorinator was not functioning properly. The vacuum was broken in the supply line and chlorine was not being supplied to the pool. Therefore, the pool was not being continuously disinfected.
The operator repaired the chlorinator and the pool was continuously disinfected.

Gloves were not provided in the first aid kit.
Provide gloves in the first aid kit.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
After the chlorinator was repaired, free chlorine was measured as high as 0.8 ppm. It began to rain and the free chlorine could not be tested again.
