Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC not in use test every 4 hours till ACC is on and working.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
