Critical Equalizer lines were not plugged at the time of the inspection.
Plug the equalizer lines as required. Equalizer lines must either be plugged with VGB compliant covers at the pool wall or plugged inside the skimmer housing or otherwise removed from the pool.

Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. There are no depth markers or No Diving signs on the pool deck as required.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. Markers / warning signs must be placed on top of the deck, within 2 feetof the water's edge, and not more than 25 lineal feet apart. Depth must be expressed in feet and inches (to the nearest 6-inch mark), with numbers at least 4 inches in size in a color that contrasts with the background.
