[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Readings are recorded in daily pool operation reports, yet bottle of Reagent #3 appears to have not been used yet this season.
Please test for combined chlorine by adding 5 drops of reagent #3 to the free chlorine test sample and record actual test results prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Required monthly ACC (pressure switch & pump interlock(s)) test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently tested, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results. NOTE: pressure switch and pump interlocks were tested by this writer during this inspection and found to be funtioning properly.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met. Observed flow rate was 50 gpm. Minimum flow rate of 60 (but not more than 74) gpm required to filter all pool water in 8 hours.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. Water clarity and chemistry readings meet code requierments at this time.
