Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records at the beginning of the pool season and several days of readings were missing. However the past 2-3 weeks of logs were properly filled out. Ensure the logs are properly filed out and readings taken every 4 hours.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
The door to the rest rooms is not self closing. However, the door between the rest rooms and the club house stays locked at all times. All doors from the club house to the pool are locked. Therefore entry to the pool is not possible. The club house is not permitted to be used by residents for entrance.
