3701-31-04 (A) / All construction or alterations of a public swimming pool are approved
A new disinfection system was installed. Facility has converted from trichlor to calcium hypochlorite to eliminate high cyanuric acid readings. Change must be submitted to the Ohio Dept. of Health for approval on the Equipment Replacement Notification Report (ERNR) provided during this inspection.
Change must be submitted to the Ohio Dept. of Health for review and approval on the Equipment Replacement Notification Report (ERNR) provided during this inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Corrected During Inspection The initial total alkalinity reading of 30 ppm was less than minimum required alkalinity of 60 ppm.
Add approximately 63 lbs. of sodium bicarbonate to raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. Sodium bicarbonate was added when bathers were not in the pool. Second test: 110 ppm.
