According to Dan Laney (Swim Safe), six (6) solid fecal incidents have taken place this year at the pool. These events were not documented in the pool records>
Record fecal accidents immediately and the response taken in the facility record book. According to Dan Laney, the pool was shocked when the incidents occurred. Also, he stated the incidents were documented in Swim Safe electronic records. Mr. Laney was asked to record the events in the pool records in the filter room.

Complaint on 18-Jul-2017 : No other violations were observed during the inspection. Pool Notes: 1. At the pool to investigate a complaint regarding fecal incidents and record keeping issues. Confirmed. 2. Upon arrival, the pool was Closed. According to Mr. Laney, the pool has been closed by the choice of the Home Owners Association. 3. Mr. Laney stated there have been recent issues regarding Home Owners Association Board Members. 4. The Pool Water is Clear. 5. ACC unit pH noted at 7.9 hours. 6. Pool turnover rate noted 7. Unless otherwise noted, Pool records were found in Satisfactory compliance. 8. The report was emailed to Mr. Laney. Contact Scott Bradley,R.S. (732-7614) with any questions. |
