[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system

1. Pool is currently closed. Chemical feeder is not connected, and PIC is planning to replace feeder. Recommended installing an ACC unit. When chemical feeder is replaced, send Equipment Replacement Notification form to ODH for approval.
2. Ensure that chlorine is within recommended range of 2-4ppm and above required level of 1ppm.
3. Flow rate is to be at a minimum 67gpm to meet required turnover rates.
4. When pool begins operations, water chemistry is to be tested every four hours when the pool is open.
5. Ensure emergency phone is put in place when pool decides to begin operations.
