[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
Observed the existing flow meter's intended range to be between 20-100 GPM. Unable to determine rate-of-flow as flow rate at time of inspection was below meter's minimum intended range. A means of determining rate-of-flow shall be properly installed, provided and maintained on all water pumps so that the rate of circulation can be accurately determined.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. Recommend installed a low-flow range flow meter calibrated for type and size of piping so rate-of-flow can be determined.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Observed the equipment and chemical storage shed to be unlocked at time of inspection. All equipment, chemical and other storage areas shall be maintained in a clean condition, free from any hazards and accessible only to authorized personnel.
