[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The ACC and one water pipe in the pump room was leaking. This resulted in some standing water in the pump room.
Ensure equipment does not leak and ensure there is not standing water in the pump room.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The pool is open for 13 hours on Sunday through Thursday and 15 hours on Friday and Saturday. However, pool records indicate that free chlorine, combined chlorine, and pH are only being tested only once a day.
Ensure free chlorine, combined chlorine, and pH are tested every 12 hours with the use of an ACC.

Repeat Three skimmer weirs were missing.
Replaced missing skimmer weirs.

The flow rate was measure at 53 gpm.
Ensure flow rate is at least 83 gpm. A new flow meter was installed, which is different from the previous flow meter. Ensure the flow meter is the correct flow meter and is properly installed.

-Ensure the following for record requirements:
-Ensure chemicals added to the pool other than for disinfection are recorded.
-Ensure the ACC Flow switch is tested and results recorded every 30 days.
-In addition see records violations.
-The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
-Free chlorine was measured at 10 ppm. The recommended range is 1-5 ppm.
-The temperature of the pool was measured at 90°F. 90°F is the maximum allowed temperatures allowed.Consider turning water heater down in warmer months.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
-The filter pressure was 24 psi.
-The pool water was clear.
-The ACC unit measured pH at 7.3
-Turn over rate was 11.4 hours.
