[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Chlorine was fed manually into the main pool during inspection. Residual increased to more than 2.0 ppm prior to the conclusion of the inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat No flow reading detected at the flow meter.
Repair or replace the flow meter so that flow rate can be monitored and turnover rate can be determined. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Both entry gates to the pool area failed to self-close and self-latch as required. The entry gate into the pavilion currently has no latching mechanism on it and as a consequence hangs open toward the outside of the barrier ~8-10 inches.
Repair gates or doors so that they self-close, self-latch and can be locked so as to prevent unauthorized entry and potential drowning. Correct By: 11-Jun-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical The pH reading of 6.4 on the ACC display was more than 1.0 off from the measured pH reading of 7.5.
Clean and recalibrate the pH probe for the ACC unit. If this does not fix the problem, replace the pH probe with a new probe. If the pH is still significantly off from the measured value, have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the correct pH value is displayed.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) / "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuous location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Emergency number (911) is not posted at the emergency phone.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area, and that the emergency phone number (911) is posted beside the telephone. Recommendation: Provide the physical address for the pool on or near the "Dial 911" sign.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Comments
Facility inspection notes:
Safety equipment provided. RECOMMENDATION: Make the safety equipment more visible from the poolside deck, instead of keeping the ring and backboard under the pavilion and the crook & pole on the deck behind poolside loungers and tables.
Emergency phone provided as required. Tested during inspection. Phone dials to 911 as required.
Unable to test ACC pressure switches during inspection. Test the pressure switches and record test in weekly pool operation reports.
Onsite corrections documented in this report were completed by the inspector / writer of this report.
A follow-up inspection has been scheduled for Monday, June 11, 2018 to verify repair of entry gates.
