Repeat Life guard/ CPR/First Aid training certificates were not available on site.
Provide documentation of all training certificates for all lifeguards.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Pool operator was called and came to increase chlorine levels.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(09)/Chemicals shall not be manually added to pool when bathers present.
Observed disinfectant pucks in skimmer basket.
Stop adding chemicals to the pool when bathers are present.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i)/12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed pole but no hook.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times.
