Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was observed at 8.3 Pool was closed upon arrival for inspection. Pool is closed for the rest of the 2019 pool season.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm. Combined Chlorine was observed at 2ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.

Wading Pool was observed closed at time of inspection. The Maintenance Man stated that it is closed due to high pH.

Records stated that as of Sunday July 7th the wading pool is closed for the season.
Property Manager stated that the wading pool may be filled in.
