[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and at the required intervals for pools. Disinfection residuals were not tested during the weekends.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Weekend tests were not recorded.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and at required intervals for pools. pH was not tested on the weekends.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Water temperatures were not being recorded daily, weekend records were not observed.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(v) / Water clarity are not present
Water clarity observation were not recorded on the weekends.
Observe and record water clarity during each pool side test, water clarity must be assessed during each pool side test when the pool is open. Do not operate the pool if the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 20-June-2018

Comments
The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
-Free chlorine was measured at 18 ppm, the ideal range is 2-4 ppm. You may want to turn down the chemical feeder and potentially add chemicals to bring the chlorine residual down to a safer range.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
-The filter pressure was measured at 15 psi.
-The pool water is clear.
-Turn over rate was 375
-Make sure to take pool side readings every four hours while the pool is open including during weekend hours.
