Required turnover rates were not met. Observed turnover rate of 738 minutes, required turnover is 480 minutes.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed alkalinity at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
