[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv, noted at 640.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Operator was available at time of inspection and properly increased the amount of chlorine to pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Operator was there at time of inspection and properly increase chlorine levels.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Equalizer line was not plugged.
Equalizer line must have a VGB cover to avoid hair/body entrapment. If no VBG covers are provided, the equilizer line must be disabled by plugging the equalizer line under skimmer basket (not the line to the pump.)
Comments
Pool operator was there at time of inspection.
-Replaced the ACC probe.
-Wading pool was noted with zero chlorine, operator increased speed of disinfectant pump to wading pool.
