3701-31-04 (A) / All construction or alterations of a public swimming pool are approved
The pool filter system 3hp pump has been replaced with a model having different specifications than the original 3hp pump.
Obtain Approval from the Ohio Department of Health for the change in the equipment. Correct By: 07-Aug-2018
3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
There is a gap (Less than 1 inch) between the main drain cover closest to the clubhouse and the bottom of the pool.
Remove the gap to prevent a possible safety hazard. Correct By: 07-Aug-2018
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical Repeat The two (2) main drain covers needed to replaced in 2012.
Replace the main drain covers to verify VGB compliance.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (A)(1)/Public swimming pool is licensed
The swimming pool license could not be located.
Post the 2018 Swimming Pool license.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
The two (2) main drain covers needed to be replaced in 2012.
Replace the main drain covers to verify VGB compliance.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
The pool pH was noted at 7.0. Four (4) drops of Base Demand increased the pH to 7.2.
Increase and maintain the pool pH between 7.2-7.8. Correct By: 30-Jul-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b)/pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
The ACC unit pH reads 7.5. When tested, the pool pH was noted at 7.0.
Have the ACC unit serviced so the pool pH is accurate. Correct By: 30-Jul-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c)/Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
The ACC unit alarm did not activate when tested.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary. Correct By: 30-Jul-2018

All other violations scheduled to be corrected, were corrected.

1. Also at the pool to respond to a complaint regarding replacing a pool pump without permits and a gap between a main drain cover and the bottom of the pool.Confirmed.
2. The reinspection scheduled for 7/30/18 was rescheduled at the request of Ms. Butts.
3. Other than replacement of the pump, no other significant changes appear to have been made to the filter system.
4. ACC alarm functions when tested.
5. ACC unit alarm testing is documented in the pool records.
6. ACC unit pH was noted at 7.2.
7. The 2018 Swimming Pool License is posted.
