[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
The flow meter for this pool is scaled 40-150 gpm, while the minimum required flow for 2 hour turnover is 8 gpm and the maximum sand filter flow rate is 34 gpm. The observed flow rate of 34 gpm listed in this report is only an estimate.
Properly install a flow meter of appropriate scale (0-40 gpm) or have a pump curve available for the water pump used for the pool so that accurate flow readings can be obtained. NOTE: Proper installation requires 10 x pipe diameter of straight pipe distance upstream of the flow meter and 5x pipe diameter of straight pipe distance downstream of the flow meter.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water. This must be completed prior to opening for the 2017 season.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity measured at 30 ppm was less than minimum 60 ppm required by code.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 23-August-2016

Comments
Facility inspection notes:
Water clarity, disinfectant residuals (though higher than recommended at 7.0 ppm), and pH meet minimum code requirements at this time.
Monthly ACC pressure switch test has been appropriately documented in daily pool operation reports.
Pool looks great! Thanks for your time and efforts this pool season.
