3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
There was standing water on the floor areas of the equipment room.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Bobbin in the flow meter was not functioning correctly. It was observed at the bottom of the flow meter. Flow rate was unable to be recorded.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Comments
-The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
NOTE: Chlorine was noted at 9ppm. Ideal range is between 2ppm-4ppm.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
NOTE: Recommend removing straps on spine board.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
NOTE: Watch the back corner near the wooded area. Gaps were at exactly 4 inches. Do not let the gaps exceed 4 inches.
-The filter pressure was 20 psi.
-The pool water was clear.
