[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals. ACC was not properly hooked up to the chlorine feeder and should be temporarily tested every four hours until ACC is properly hooked up.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed the ACC not properly working when plugged into the chlorine feeder. Pool temporarily plugged chlorine feeder into wall outlet.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Ensure that ACC properly is functioning when both feeders are plugged into equipment.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(l) / Secondary means of entrapment/evisceration prevention is provided
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed the equalizer line not properly plugged.
Operator plugged equalizer line.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Comments
Notes:
-Pool clear.
-Saftey equipment available.
-Ensure pool is being maintained at least at 1ppm Chlorine. Pool operator came at time of inspection to increase chlorine. Re-inspection to confirm that pool is maintaining at least 1ppm chlorine.
-Ensure that ACC is properly hooked up to feeders. Pool should be recording chemicals ever 4 hours until unit is properly working.
