Repeat The pool replaced the pump, salt generator, and pH feeder.
Ensure an equipment replacement notification report is submitted for replaced equipment.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)/Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were only being tested once during the 16 hour operating period and were not being tested when primary pool operator is not on site.
If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)/Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was only being tested once during the 16 hour operating period and was not being tested when primary pool operator is not on site.
If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii)/pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
